Every year, the U.S. Postal Service publishes a yearbook of the past year’s stamp program, including design details and behind-the-scenes information about each of the stamps from the year.

Journey Group was invited to design the yearbook over the course of multiple years.

Art direction and editorial design

Each yearbook comes with the stamps from that year’s collectible program, including protective mounts. The design challenge is to find fresh, engaging ways to represent the stamps from the past year, preserving all of the relevant details in a bound book that is built to last.

The hardcover books contain beautiful imagery, compelling layouts and inventive design decisions from the Journey Group team of designers and art directors. Each design decision is made in light of the yearbook’s primary audience: seasoned and amateur stamp enthusiasts who want the perfect way to remember and preserve a year in stamps.
